4) For heavy smokers, it will be a tough time for you to quit smoking especially without some aid. Though I said it's gonna be difficult, you should still consider stop smoking with smoking aids. There are tons of very effective aids available in the market now and you are sure to quit cigarette smoking in just a matter of time.
Last but not least, I would really like to emphasize to stay being a quitter. It's really tempting to have a stick of cigarette at some point but if you can stop lighting that cigarette, you are on your way in successfully quit cigarette smoking.
